Have you ever wondered how a film goes from an idea to a full scale production? Are you interested in learning how to get your ideas onto screen? A true filmmaker should understand the entire filmmaking process from start to finish, even if you already know what area you prefer to work in on set or in office. In our 8 week Filmmakers Workshop, students will learn the entire filmmaking process of HOW TO MAKE A FILM BACKWARDS, from finish to start!
You will learn hands on by working on the back-door pilot, STREET NURSE.
You will learn:
How the film, television, and SVOD industry work and how they look for content
Why securing a distributor first will help you raise funds?
The levels of proof of concept
How to get your idea on paper (Jot stage, treatment, synopsis, character breakdown, etc.)
How to create artwork for your film
How to create a sales sheet to secure a distributor
How to pitch your idea to a distributor
How to raise funds for your film after you have secured a distributor
How to make a budget
How to get through the preproduction phase (Breaking Down a Script, Creating A Budget)
How to find a crew
How cast a film
How to make a production schedule and stick through it during the production phase
What happens in post production
The last class received hands on training working on the back door pilot Ernie and Cerbie.
This workshop will meet once a week on Thursdays for 8 weeks. If you’re interested in any aspect of the filmmaking process, this course is for you!
This is not just the correct way, this is the Hollywood way in making a film backwards.

If you wish to attend this class and need to take advantage of our installment plan, please call the office at 770-716-6736 and ask to speak to Cyndyl. If you want to become an independent filmmaker or a producer, this class will teach you the correct steps to success.
All workshops and events offered at Tammy’Dele Films are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will gladly switch you to the next available date of the same workshop. We will only reschedule a student once, and the student will have 2 months to redeem. After 2 months or if a student cannot make the rescheduled workshop, the student will need to repurchase the workshop. The only exception is if the class is changed or canceled by Tammy’Dele Films due to weather or other issue out of our control.
