Have you ever watched a movie and thought, “I wish I could work on something like that!” Well you’re in luck! We can show you how to do just that! No one wakes up one day and suddenly becomes the director of Stranger Things. They usually start off as a Set PA. A Set Production Assistant is the entry-level position on any film or television production. They assist the AD team and make sure the production runs smoothly by holding down their lockups, keeping the area quiet while filming, and of course, getting the Director’s coffee! And those are just the basic tasks. Set PAs do A LOT on set, and every legitimate production NEEDS Set PAs to run effectively! Our two-day Set Production Assistant Job Training teaches you everything you need to know to get your start in film! This workshop is perfect for college students, recent graduates, career transitioners, and anyone who wants to play a part in making movie magic!

Here’s a snapshot of what you will learn: how to be a highly effective Set Production Assistant, hands-on training with walkie talkies (radios), How to read & understand production paperwork, Do’s and Don’ts on Set Lock-Ups, call outs, production terminology, set protocol, other crew departments function and interaction, how the A.D. team functions, gear and supplies for the job, how to build your PA tool belt, preparing your resume, where to find a job And a whole lot more! - Where is the Set PA Workshops held? The Set PA Workshop is held at Tammy’Dele Films located at Pinewood Atlanta Studios Production Centre in Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214
- Once, I register, will I receive a confirmation letter? Yes, first you will receive your PayPal receipt. Within a few business days, we will send you a confirmation letter with all the information needed to prepare you for the workshop.
- How do I get my military discount? Call the office at 770-716-6736. We will register you over the phone.
- Do you give refunds? We do not give refunds, but in the case of an emergency, will consider placing you in the next workshop. Only one rescheduling is permitted.
